As an Engineer I – R&D, you will have the opportunity to work with seasoned development engineers who will coach and mentor you in designing new products and making product improvements. You will get hands on experience with 3D modeling, writing test protocols, performing verification and validation, addressing Engineering Change Orders, and ensuring that products meet quality, safety, and effectiveness criteria. You will participate on design teams and contribute to the design control documents, and you will interface with inside/outside contacts to complete assignments, resolve complaints, and other issues.
