President, Rodman J. Zilenziger, Jr.
Rodman J. Zilenziger Jr. — President of Rodman Media since 1993. Zilenziger, son of the Company’s founder, joined Rodman Media as an Advertising Representative in 1984. In 1987 he was named International Sales Manager. Zilenziger was named President in 1993. As President of the Company, he has launched eight titles, created more than a dozen websites, and added several conferences and tradeshows to the Rodman roster of products. Under his leadership, Rodman Media Corporation has expanded its reach to all corners of the globe through a variety of mediums. He holds a BA in English and Economics from Denison University.
Executive Vice President / Publisher, Matthew J. Montgomery
Matthew Montgomery – Executive Vice President of Rodman Media since 2000. In addition to his role as EVP, he is also Publisher of Nutraceuticals World magazine. Montgomery joined Rodman Media in 1978 as an Advertising Representative, was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 1986, Publisher of Happi magazine in 1992 and then Group Publisher in 1996. He has been involved in all the new magazine launches and website launches at Rodman Media since 1995. He holds a BA Economics from Washington & Lee University.
Group Publisher, Howard Revitch
Howard Revitch has more than 25 years of publishing experience, with the majority focused on the global medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare manufacturing and packaging sectors. In that time, he has held increasingly key sales and management positions for many of the largest trade magazines serving these industries. Revitch graduated from Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and advertising.
Editor, Sean Fenske
Offering over 18 years of experience in medical journalism with more than 16 specifically focused on the medical device and healthcare technology sectors, Sean Fenske is an industry veteran within medtech publishing. He joined Rodman Media in November of 2015 as editor of Medical Product Outsourcing and Orthopedic Design & Technology magazines. He’s authored articles and blogs on technology trends, new innovations, industry challenges, and future outlooks as related to the space. Fenske has hosted video news casts on emerging medtech and moderated webinar and online roundtable discussions. When not seeking to increase his ever growing stable of industry thought leader contributors, Fenske spends time with his family in New Jersey.
Managing Editor, Michael P. Barbella
Managing Editor Michael P. Barbella has worked as a journalist for nearly 25 years, reporting for newspapers, television and trade magazines. He began his career chronicling North Jersey politics, education, business and lifestyle for two daily newspapers before lending his skills to the 24-hour broadcast news outlet News 12 New Jersey. During his tenure with business trade journals, Michael has written about the mobile technology and hospital pharmacy industries. He joined the Medical Product Outsourcing staff in April 2008.
Associate Editor, Sam Brusco
Sam Brusco came aboard MPO and ODT in June 2016 as Associate Editor. A 2014 Rutgers graduate with a BA in English (which turned out to be useful after all!) he is a relatively new entry into the medtech journalism scene. Since he came swinging into the industry at the start of 2015, Sam has authored a not-so-small number of articles and blogs on emerging technologies and trends, hosted newscasts, and moderated roundtable panel discussions with industry professionals. When he’s not steadfastly tracking the medtech beat, Sam can be found singing raucously in public places, playing trumpet for retirement home crowds of dozens, and annoying the public at large with puns.
Associate Publisher, Mark Weeks
Mark joined Rodman in 2003 when Medical Product Outsourcing launched. He has a breadth of experience in B2B media publishing and sales dating back to 1988 when he began his career. Over the years, Mark has developed a keen understanding of the complexities that manufacturers face in expressing an accurate message to the right audience, particularly in the medical device and orthopedic markets. As a result, Mark has played an integral role in the launch of several new media products to execute results in all channels of business communication. Mark brings a proven record of performance to a group of likewise professionals who love their work.
Sales Manager, Patrick J. Browne
Patrick joined Rodman Media in 2006 as the Manager of Online Sales & Marketing for the Medical Device Group. Since then, he has picked up print , online and conference sales responsibility for the west coast territory for Medical Product Outsourcing and Orthopedic Design & Technology. Prior to joining Rodman, Patrick has held various senior sales and marketing positions for over 30 years, representing major corporations like IBM and GEAC (formerly Dun and Bradstreet), including other fortune 100 companies as well as small start-up initiatives. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University, West Long Branch, NJ.
Sales Manager, Julie Fuhrer
Julie Fuhrer has more than 14 years of publishing experience focused on the global medical device market. She has a proven record of delivering results for medical device manufacturers and suppliers in marketing, brand recognition and lead generation. Julie has also held key sales, marketing and business development roles at KPMG Peat Marwick, Hyatt Hotels and the Peninsula Hotel Group. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College.
