Morristown, N.J.-based Tyber Medical has begun the initial rollout of its headless cannulated trauma screw system. During this initial rollout, Tyber Medical will make the new cannulated trauma screw system available to select private label partners and surgeon advisors.
“The highlight of the trauma screw implant is the optimized thread design,” said Project Leader Chris Faresich. “Our implants are designed to deliver enhanced compression and pullout resistance in both cortical and cancellous bone. The self-cutting and self-countersinking flutes ensure a clean approach during implantation. The implants are complimented by a full array of cannulated instruments designed for ease of use.”
Tyber Medical plans to undergo a full product launch in late Q4 of this year and is currently looking for new private label partners interested in branding these differentiated products.
“We are happy to provide an effective alternative to the prevailing methods of doing business in the medical device industry,” said Sales Manager, Stu Shank. “Our private label business model offers companies access to portfolio enhancing, regulatory approved implants in a matter of months. Tyber Medical has developed comprehensive processes that allow companies to conserve internal resources and increase profitability immediately.”
