Aurora Spine Corporation has promoted Chad Clouse to the position of chief financial officer (CFO), effective July 2, 2020. Former CFO Jana Kiena resigned from the company effective July 1, 2020.
Clouse graduated from Pennsylvania State University and is a veteran of the United States Army, having served with the 1st Armored Division during the Gulf War. He is a CPA, licensed in the State of California, and has worked with small and medium sized companies helping them grow. He has strong leadership and excellent communication skills and a well-rounded background in corporate finance and accounting, according to Aurora Spine.
Clouse has served as the company’s accounting manager since 2019 and has streamlined accounting processes and managed the year end audit. He will help guide and oversee the company’s continued market and financial growth. His promotion brings more than 14 years of finance and accounting experience to the Aurora Spine CFO role.
