Catalyst OrthoScience has appointed Todd Wilson, Ph.D., as vice president of Medical Education and Training.

Wilson brings more than two decades experience delivering training and development programs that have transformed and positioned medical device and higher education organizations to support significant growth in his leadership roles with Capella University, Xtant Medical, Wright Medical, NuVasive Inc., Orthofix Inc., and most recently, Paragon 28.
Wilson earned a Ph.D. in global leadership from Indiana Institute of Technology and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well as bachelor’s degrees in human biology and exercise science from Indiana University.
“I am thrilled to join the Catalyst team at such a pivotal point in the company’s history and contribute to the vision of disrupting the usual approaches to shoulder replacement surgery by delivering innovative treatment solutions based on AO principles that make orthopedic surgery less invasive and more efficient for surgeons’ to deliver superior patient outcomes,” said Wilson. “My driving force is to exceed expectations by building a medical education and training program with the establishment of the Catalyst Center of Excellence to serve as our foundation for growth and transformation.”
