Nevro, a company delivering solutions to treat chronic pain, has appointed Greg Siller as senior vice president and chief commercial officer, effective June 19.
Siller replaces Niamh Pellegrini, who will be leaving Nevro on June 9. In conjunction will this appointment, Nevro also announced it’s updating revenue guidance for Q2 2023 from its previous range of $110-112 million to a range of $106-108 million. The company plans to update its annual guidance when it reports Q2 2023 financial results.

His proven track record of success and his passion for building high performing commercial organizations will be instrumental as we continue to focus on accelerating revenue growth, developing underpenetrated markets such as painful diabetic neuropathy and non-surgical back pain, and launching new products, including our new HFX iQ system. Siller spent the last 17 years at Stryker, where he had several positions in sales and marketing. He was most recently vice president and general manager of the Stryker Interventional Spine business since January 2020. Prior to that, he was Stryker Surgical Technologies’ senior director of sales from January 2019 to December 2019. He was also part of the core team that successfully divided the Surgical division into two successful business units.
