Tegra Medical has hired Craig Campbell as chief financial officer.
Campbell will be responsible for all finance, accounting and information technology functions and will report to J. Mark King, the Tegra’s president and CEO.
“Craig is a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach that is consistent with Tegra Medical’s philosophies and objectives,” King said. “We are looking forward to benefiting from his diverse financial experience, which includes mergers and acquisitions, strategic and financial planning, debt and equity financing, investor relations, technical accounting, SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, treasury and risk management.”
Campbell joins Tegra Medical with nearly 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting discipline. He most recently was a consultant, and immediately prior to that was with Accellent (now Lake Region Medical), in a leadership role as their vice president, chief accounting officer and corporate controller. Campbell began his career in public accounting roles at both KPMG LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. He is a certified public accountant and received his degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
