Confluent Medical Technologies has completed the acquisition of ETE Medical and its operating subsidiaries Biomedical Structures (BMS) and Modified Polymer Components (MPC). Confluent Medical itself was formed in 2015 through the acquisition of Interface Catheter Solutions by Nitinol Devices and Components. BMS specializes in the development and manufacturing of biomedical textile implants, while MPC focuses on the development and manufacturing of precise polymer components.
