Nevro Files U.S. Patent Lawsuit Against Stimwave

Nevro Corp., a global medical device company that is providing evidence-based solutions for the treatment of chronic pain, announced that it has filed a lawsuit for patent infringement against Stimwave Technologies Inc. The lawsuit, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on February 14, 2019, asserts that Stimwave is infringing Nevro’s patents covering inventions relating to Nevro’s groundbreaking Senza system and HF10 therapy. The lawsuit seeks preliminary and permanent injunctive relief against further infringement as well as damages and attorney’s fees.
