RevZero has launched a refreshed brand identity and new website to reflect its focus on early design collaboration, precision machining, and disciplined manufacturing for regulated medical device programs.

Founded nearly two decades ago, RevZero supports medical device OEMs with complex plates, screws, spacers, and minimally invasive device components for orthopedic clients. The rebrand clarifies the company’s positioning as a specialized contract manufacturing partner capable of supporting programs from early development through validated production.

The updated brand includes a refined messaging platform, a streamlined visual identity, and a redesigned website intended to better communicate RevZero’s technical capabilities and focus on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) collaboration.

“The name RevZero has always resonated with us,” RevZero CEO Eric Grenier stated. “It represents the first revision, when the right manufacturing input can prevent bigger problems later. This new brand better tells that story and makes it clear how we support medical device teams from the start.”

Key elements of the RevZero brand refresh include:

  • Clarified positioning: A sharpened focus on orthopedic contract manufacturing, including extremity, trauma, and spinal implant programs.
  • Refined messaging: Clear articulation of RevZero’s role in supporting engineering, operations, and supply chain teams with early DFM input, repeatable production, and inspection-driven process control.
  • Modern digital presence: A new website built to provide greater visibility into RevZero’s specialties, capabilities, materials, and quality systems, with improved navigation for orthopedic engineering and sourcing professionals.

The rebrand also reinforces the meaning behind the company’s name. “RevZero” refers to “Rev. 0,” the first revision on an engineering print; a reminder that the most effective manufacturing programs begin with early alignment between design intent and production reality.

While the visual identity has evolved, RevZero’s remains committed to delivering precision manufacturing for regulated medical devices with speed and integrity.

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Chanhassen, Minn., RevZero is a precision contract manufacturer specializing in orthopedic implants and medical components. The company supports extremity, trauma, spinal, and minimally invasive medical device programs through multi-axis machining, Swiss turning, EDM, finishing, and inspection-driven process control. RevZero is a U.S. Food and Drug Administration-registered and ISO 13485:2016-certified precision contract manufacturer serving highly regulated U.S. medical device markets.
