Xenco Medical Debuts AI-Driven Musculoskeletal Health Platform

XenVision merges AI, computational biomechanics, and data-driven preventive care to create an unprecedented AI-powered screening platform.

Xenco Medical has introduced XenVision, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered musculoskeletal intelligence platform that merges computer vision, biomechanics, and clinical AI.

The company said this marriage of AI, computational biomechanics, and data-driven preventive care creates an unprecedented AI-powered screening platform that can generate clinically meaningful biomechanical analyses in less than two minutes. It was engineered using over 700,000 real-world musculoskeletal assessment datasets and allows recognition of subtle deviations in posture and movement that commonly precede symptomatic musculoskeletal disease.

XenVision’s workflow starts with high-fidelity acquisition to maximize anatomical landmark fidelity for diverse patient populations and movement conditions. AI-driven pose estimation networks then infer a temporally coherent skeletal representation that models the body’s articulated kinematic chain.

Instead of treating skeletal reconstruction as an endpoint, XenVision uses the representation as the computational substrate for a higher-order biomechanical analysis engine that derives metrics including postural alignment, joint kinematics, range-of-motion quantification, bilateral symmetry, dynamic movement efficiency, compensatory motor strategies, and longitudinal functional change from the underlying mechanics of human motion.

The platform’s AI inference pipeline reconstructs functional body geometry through non-contact musculoskeletal assessments.
