The Top 10 Companies Report has long passed, but its members were the top traffic drivers this past week on ODT’s website.

Stryker Corp. was the primary pick, thanks to the finalization of its deal for Vertos Medical, a developer of interventional pain management solutions for chronic lower back pain caused by lumbar spinal stenosis.

Runner-up was Enovis, which garnered significant visitor interest by sharing news of its OssiGraft and OssiGraft Prime distribution partnership with clinical-stage biotech firm Ossium Health. The OssiGraft cryopreserved viable bone matrix allografts consist of 100% viable bone in a demineralization-free solution, with 80% cancellous bone. This composition optimizes bone healing as research suggests the cancellous bone enables faster revascularization in just two weeks, compared to the two-month process required for cortical bone, research shows.

Third in line for pageviews was Globus Medical, which attracted readers by expanding its orthopedic trauma product portfolio via new FDA-cleared system extensions. Its first suture-based product, is the TENSOR Suture Button System; next-generation systems include ANTHEM II Distal Radius Volar Plates, AUTOBAHN Trochanteric Nail PRO Instruments, and CAPTIVATE SOLA Headless Screws.

Smith+Nephew also made the cut, thanks to the U.S. release of its LEGION Hinged Knee (HK) System with proprietary OXINIUM (oxidized Zirconium) implant technology. OXINIUM delivers the durability of metals, the wear resistance of ceramics, and corrosion resistance better than both, according to study data. Part of the LEGION Total Knee System, the LEGION HK System aims to provide a natural range of motion with medial pivot, lateral roll back, and screw home.

Non-top company news of note came from Bioventus, which has agreed to sell its Advanced Rehabilitation business—Bioness—to Accelmed Partners, a private equity firm focused on acquiring and growing commercial-stage health technology companies.
