OssDsign Welcomes New Sales Vice President

Adam McCollister is experienced in orthopedic sales and commercial leadership.

OssDsign AB has hired Adam McCollister as sales vice president to lead U.S. sales strategy and execution, with a focus on accelerating the adoption of the company’s Catalyst nanosynthetic bone graft. He succeeds Eric Patermo, who was named vice president, Strategic Initiatives.

“I am excited to join OssDsign and help advance the commercial success of the Catalyst platform,” McCollister said. “Catalyst represents a differentiated, next-generation orthobiologic solution, and I look forward to working with the team to expand market penetration, strengthen customer engagement, and support continued growth in the U.S.”

McCollister is experienced in orthopedic sales and commercial leadership. Most recently, he was regional vice president at Treace Medical Concepts; before that, he worked in sales roles at Stryker Corp. and Tornier, and held leadership positions at Orthofix, where he supervised high-performing sales organizations and drove market expansion initiatives.
