Reflexion Health Launches HelloPT

Reflexion Health has launched HelloPT, a digital physical therapy platform that combines tailored injury prevention with telehealth access to licensed physical therapists. As a general wellness product, HelloPT may give employers and payors the ability to manage their population’s physical therapy needs through an evidence-based platform.
 
According to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, around half of all Americans suffer from physical therapy needs, which can prevent them from living happy, healthy lives. Many of these issues start off as something minor, but they often become chronic pain issues that can linger for years and carry a massive price tag for patients if they escalate into conditions that require surgery. 
 
How It Works
Available on any device, users simply answer a short assessment and then receive a self-paced, exercise plan from HelloPT. Recommendations are based on the Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) of the Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (AOPT). Users that want further customization can escalate their care to telehealth visits with licensed physical therapists.
