restor3d Completes Conformis Acquisition

restor3d Inc. and Conformis Inc. are now one company.

The former has completed its previously announced deal for the latter, having secured approval of Conformis’ stockholders at a special meeting on Aug. 31. In connection with the acquisition’s completion, shares of Conformis’ common stock ceased trading on the NASDAQ before today’s opening.
