ARCH Global Precision Acquires Seabrook International

ARCH Global Precision—a Strength Capital Partners and Main Post Partners platform company that is focused on manufacturing precision cutting tools, precision machined industrial components, and medical implants and instruments—has acquired Seabrook International LLC, located in Seabrook, N.H. Seabrook is a manufacturer of highly-engineered, complex, precision machined medical instruments and implants across multiple orthopedic product groups such as spine, knee, extremities, and trauma. Seabrook participates on several of its customers’ flagship programs, and, in addition, has a dedicated Make-to-Order and Specialty Products group to support OEMs with surgeon requested and case specific instruments, implants, and prototypes. Seabrook’s customer base comprises the majority of the top 10 global medical OEMs, plus various other high growth smaller medical companies.
