ARCH Acquires Jade Precision Medical Components and Jade Equipment Corporation

ARCH Global Precision has acquired Jade Precision Medical Components and Jade Equipment Corporation (“JEC”), each located in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. JPMC is a manufacturer of high-precision medical implants serving the Spine, Trauma and Extremity segments of the Orthopedic market. JMPC will join Arch’s growing medical division, ARCH Medical Solutions (“AMS”). JEC is a manufacturer of tight-tolerance precision components and assemblies, primarily serving the Semiconductor and Aerospace & Defense industries. JEC will join ARCH’s Precision Components division.
