Paragon 28 Acquires Disior, a Pre-Op Planning Software Firm

Foot and ankle orthopedic firm Paragon 28 (P28) has acquired Disior Oy, a Helsinki, Finland-based 3D analytics pre-op planning software company focused on foot and ankle anatomy. Disior will be a crucial part of SMART 28, Paragon 28’s ecosystem of enabling technologies for pre-op planning, intra-op support, and post- op evaluation.
 
Disior’s anatomy-specific surgical modules will give foot and ankle surgeons objective data to diagnose and create patent-specific surgical plans and assess outcomes. Disior also complements the assets P28 gained from its May 2021 acquisition of Additive Orthopaedics assets.
