Lincotek Group, a solution provider for the medical aerospace and IGT markets, has named Anthony (Tony) Gascon as the head of Global Operational Excellence of the Group and General Manager of Lincotek Medical US Casting and Machining. Gascon will report to Lincotek Group CEO, Andrea Colombo.

Gascon aims to strengthen Lincotek’s operational excellence roadmap and increase efficiency, and customer service in all company plants across the globe.
Before joining Lincotek, Gascon served as Plant Manager and Executive GM Global Operations for Lean Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Executive GM for Global Supply Chain Strategy, and multi-plant leadership for GE Healthcare. Gascon also spent several years as a nuclear submarine officer in the US Navy.
