Phillips Precision Medicraft (PPM)—a manufacturer of orthopedic implants, instrumentation, delivery systems, cases and trays—has hired Jack Neenan as the firms vice president of sales and business development.
According to a release from the Elmwood Park, N.J.-based company, Neenan's hiring is intended to "broaden and enhance" the firm's business development strategies and service capabilities.
"Jack Neenan is our newest asset," said John Phillips, president, Implants and Instrumentation Division. ”He leads by example, brings a fresh perspective and through his successful leadership roles, knowledge and experience will help guide our business development efforts to new heights."
Neenan has a degree in manufacturing engineering and has held sales leadership positions in the medical device contract manufacturing and services, electronics and telecommunications industries during the past 25 years.
"Phillips Precision Medicraft is a company that has built its industry reputation on creating strong partnerships with customers by supplying the highest quality products built here in the U.S. I am excited to be part of the Phillips Precision Medicraft team and look forward to the opportunity to apply what I have learned and contribute by further developing and growing the company to new levels," Neenan said.
Neenan's broad range of skills in medical device contract manufacturing provides "an already talented sales team" with additional expertise and support, the release noted. Neenan also brings strong organizational and communication skills, and his hands-on approach has earned him a reputation for building strong business relationships, according to PPM management.
"Jack's experience and talents will be invaluable to PPM as we continue to execute strategic growth plans that focus on our unwavering commitment to quality, unique Lean engineering capabilities and innovation. He believes, as we do, that it's through seamless partnerships with our clients at every level that we ensure the highest degree of responsiveness and excellence that brings long-term success," said Michael Phillips, president, Delivery Systems Division.
For more than 40 years, Phillips Precision Medicraft has served the medical device industry from two ISO9001-, ISO13485-certified and FDA-registered U.S.-based facilities.
