LaVezzi Precision, a contract manufacturer of high-precision medical, surgical and dental implants, and instrument components, announces the move of its manufacturing operations to a brand new, custom-built 90,000 sq. ft. facility at 250 Madsen Drive in Bloomingdale, Ill.—a convenient thirty-minute drive from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport.
“The new building more than doubles the manufacturing space of our previous location and will allow us to better meet the growing needs of our current and future customers,” noted Stephanie LaVezzi, sales and marketing director of the more than century-old company. “Our quality controlled environment and ISO 13485 certification support high-precision machining of implants, components, and instruments that are designed by and manufactured for medical device makers and used by physicians, surgeons, and dental specialists. And, as always, every LaVezzi component or implant is thoroughly inspected to ensure that it is of the highest quality.”
LaVezzi also noted that, “our medical machining capabilities for devices and implants bring your ideas to life with equipment and expertise as cutting-edge as your designs.”
At the new facility, LaVezzi Precision works with materials including titanium, surgical-grade stainless steel, implantable and non-implantable plastics, and others to manufacture products across a wide spectrum of the medical industry.
