Allen was previously the director of marketing at OrthoWorx, Inc. She brings extensive knowledge and experience from the medical device industry, from both the original equipment manufacturing and supply side of the industry, and also non-profit organization experience. Allen serves in various leadership roles, including advisor, mentor, founding board member, and past president of WISE Inc., Kosciusko Literacy Services board member, and also serves on various committees.
