The PTP Approach. Designed by the team that created the lateral technique for spine fusion, PTP advances lateral surgery with a more predictable and reproducible approach for a wide range of patient pathologies. Positioning the patient prone allows for a streamlined surgical approach that addresses many of the challenges that have limited adoption of lateral spine fusion. Specifically, the PTP approach is designed to deliver the benefits of less invasive surgery, while minimizing unnecessary patient repositioning, enhancing time efficiencies, providing surgeons with increased optionality and improving the reproducibly of achieving spinal alignment objectives.
